Privacy Policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit the TrackMade website (track-made.com) or use the contact form (to get in touch or request a pilot) on our homepage.
1. Who is responsible
The controller for the processing described here is Neura Apps B.V., trading as TrackMade, Laan van Zuid Hoorn 63, 2289 DC Rijswijk, the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce/KvK number 98331655).
For privacy questions or requests, contact us at info@track-made.com.
2. Personal data we process
Contact form (to get in touch or request a pilot). When you use the contact form we process:
- your name;
- your work email address;
- your company name;
- the type of request (contact or pilot);
- your message, if you include one.
These details are included in a notification email to our team and in a confirmation email to you. If you reply to our emails or contact us directly, we also process the content of that correspondence.
Website visits. To deliver and protect the website, hosting and security providers process technical request data sent by your browser, such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, and the date and time of the request.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Handling your pilot request: contacting you about the pilot and sending you a confirmation email. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in responding to business enquiries and discussing a possible pilot.
- Delivering and securing the website: serving pages, detecting bots and preventing abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a working and secure website.
We use your enquiry details to respond to and follow up on the pilot you requested. Submitting a pilot request does not subscribe you to newsletters or advertising campaigns.
4. Required information
Name, work email and company name are all required fields. Without them we cannot process your pilot request or contact you. You can always reach us by email instead.
5. Recipients
Your form data is sent to our team inbox at info@track-made.com. We use service providers where needed to operate the website and handle your enquiry:
- Lovable hosts and runs the website, processes form submissions, and sends the notification and confirmation emails. Its infrastructure providers support website delivery, security, and email delivery.
- Microsoft 365 hosts the team inbox where enquiries and correspondence are stored.
We do not sell your personal data.
6. Storage and retention
The website itself does not store form submissions in a database. Submissions are delivered as emails and are kept in our email inbox. Email delivery providers may keep delivery logs.
Our retention policy is to delete pilot enquiries that do not lead to a pilot or customer relationship no later than 12 months after our last substantive contact about the enquiry. If your enquiry leads to a pilot or customer relationship, we keep relevant correspondence while it is needed to arrange and manage that relationship. After the relationship ends, we retain records only where needed to meet applicable legal retention requirements or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The applicable requirement or claim determines the additional retention period.
7. Cookies
The website's delivery and protection may involve strictly necessary technical cookies set by infrastructure providers. We do not use pilot enquiry data for advertising.
8. Security
The website uses an encrypted HTTPS connection, and form input is validated before it is processed.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict processing;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- data portability, where that right applies.
To exercise these rights, email info@track-made.com. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month of receiving your request. Where permitted by the GDPR, we may extend this period by up to two additional months because of the complexity or number of requests. If so, we will explain the reason within the first month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; in the Netherlands this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl). You may also complain to the supervisory authority in the EU country where you live, work or where the alleged infringement took place.
10. Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
11. International processing
The providers used to operate this website and handle enquiries may process personal data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
Microsoft describes its international-transfer protections in its Products and Services Data Protection Addendum, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. An EU storage location does not necessarily exclude processing or access from outside the EEA.
For questions about international processing of your personal data or to request information about the relevant safeguards, contact info@track-made.com.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The latest version is always available on this page.
